Four Star Equine Veterinary Services offers medical, surgical and diagnostic services to horse owners in East Tennessee. We value our relationship with you and your horse, allowing us to provide unparalleled service tailored to your needs and expectations. Our patients include pleasure and performance horses, as well back yard beloved family members. We take client education and understanding to heart in our efforts to help give your horse its best life ever!

While we offer a broad range of services, Four Star Equine places a strong focus on podiatry and the health of the equine hoof. We utilize a team approach, working closely with your Farrier to diagnose and treat hoof/foot ailments and related lameness.

While the majority of our services are limited to East Tennessee, veterinary podiatry services are offered to horse owners in the Southeastern United States. Emergency services are provided to horse owners who are established clients seen on a regular basis.

Sue, Horse Owner

Dr. Miller-Bailey has been our trusted equine partner for many years, for everyday fundamental horse care, as well as a few complex hoof issues. She maintains an impressive mobile unit, stocked with medication and equipped for on-site diagnostics. Whether your horse needs some simple annual shots or multiple-angle radiographs for an acute case of laminitis, Dr. Miller-Bailey has the knowledge, skills and equipment to serve your needs. I have always appreciated the fact that she considers the needs of the horse while keeping the owner’s best interests in mind.”

Janet, Horse Owner

Without Dr. Bailey’s expertise in horse podiatry, my horse would not be able to walk around, and if he did move, it would be with great pain. She has given my horses an improved quality of life; they can be horses again. My only regret is not contacting Dr. Bailey as soon as they began having hoof issues. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Bailey to anyone whose horses are experiencing hoof issues.”
